Richard met us at the door when we arrived on the property. We took a taxi from the Wight Link ferry pier to the property - Ryde Taxi is lovely! The apartment was within walking distance to the beach, high street, grocery store and public transportation. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. There was coffee, tea, milk and biscuits to welcome us at the apartment. The location was quiet, clean and had a full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There wasn't a dryer; however, there was a very handy clothes horse in the closet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Shanklin! Thank you, Richard! We hope to be back again in the future!

Shanklin Villa Aparthotel are just 2 minutes’ walk from Shanklin’s beaches and the Shanklin Chine ravine. These apartments are housed in a Victorian mansion with a garden. The location was convenient - a number of restaurant options were within walking distance. The space (4 bedrooms) gave all of our travelers their own room, which was a nice feature because we were on a long trip together. Having a washer/dryer was handy, although the combination unit made laundry a time-consuming project.
