This is a great place to stay if you're planning to visit the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio with kids. Top class stay here and highly recommend it. Family of 5yrs travelled over from Ireland and the accommodation was perfect after visiting Harry Potter studio. 15-20mins walk from the Watford Junction/Happy Potter bus stop. House had everything in it and the dryer worked out very well as weather was bad that day. What was even better was the extra touch they went to as we were travelling over for a surprise birthday and they even went and got a cake for us at extremely short notice! They asked us did we want a cake for special event. The Harry Potter theme was brilliant. 11 out of 10 here and would definitely recommend to any family visiting Harry Potter studios. DVD's of all the movies which we ended up watching the 1st one.

What a fabulous flat. Very big with a super bathroom. Very comfortable. Not far from the shops. Easy parking. Very helpful owner. And Royston is a lovely little town to wander around, visit the shops, sit outside the brilliant Postie Pub.... We had a great time there - pity we couldn't stay longer! Thanks a lot Jess.

Martin met us and went through the whole apartment with us. he was kind enough to let us in a little early as we had to leave our previous accommodation early and had nowhere to put our luggage. We greatly appreciated this gesture. Accommodation was right across from the mall which was so convenient for us and we really enjoyed. The apartments were nice, clean and well equipped, we really enjoyed our visit and would consider staying here again if we are back in London.

All was well described, we felt very comfortable and beeing taken care off. Martin was of a great help with all questions we had. He helped us with transportation and advised about surroundings. In the apartment there is a washing&drying machine which is just brilliant when you stay few days and spent most of the time traveling/sightseeing.

Facilities were great, with everything that was needed for getting ready for a wedding They let us do an extended check out at midday.

We love the ‘secret bedroom’ it was perfect for the kids and they slept really well. The shower was great and there was even some shampoo and conditioner incase you needed it. The hosts were excellent, they were very responsive, friendly and very accommodating.
