Very big with a super bathroom. Very comfortable. Not far from the shops. Easy parking. Very helpful owner. And Royston is a lovely little town to wander around, visit the shops, sit outside the brilliant Postie Pub.... We had a great time there - pity we couldn't stay longer! Thanks a lot Jess.

Very comfy beds, comfy pillows and lovely bedding (plenty of extra pillows too). Nice additional touches - milk, water, tea, coffee, cereal, bathroom accessories, plenty of loo rolls, nice towels, free WiFi etc, great heating and plenty of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Good parking, great location for Harry Potter Studios and close to train for London.

It was very peaceful. Owner checked we were okay but then left us alone. Facilities were great, with everything that was needed for getting ready for a wedding They let us do an extended check out at midday.

We love the ‘secret bedroom’ it was perfect for the kids and they slept really well. The shower was great and there was even some shampoo and conditioner incase you needed it. The hosts were excellent, they were very responsive, friendly and very accommodating.
