Top class stay here and highly recommend it. Family of 5yrs travelled over from Ireland and the accommodation was perfect after visiting Harry Potter studio. 15-20mins walk from the Watford Junction/Happy Potter bus stop. House had everything in it and the dryer worked out very well as weather was bad that day. What was even better was the extra touch they went to as we were travelling over for a surprise birthday and they even went and got a cake for us at extremely short notice! They asked us did we want a cake for special event. The Harry Potter theme was brilliant. 11 out of 10 here and would definitely recommend to any family visiting Harry Potter studios. DVD's of all the movies which we ended up watching the 1st one.

Set in Royston and only 21 km from Audley End House, Welcome Home offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. What a fabulous flat. Very big with a super bathroom. Very comfortable. Not far from the shops. Easy parking. Very helpful owner. And Royston is a lovely little town to wander around, visit the shops, sit outside the brilliant Postie Pub.... We had a great time there - pity we couldn't stay longer! Thanks a lot Jess.

Super location, close to everything we needed. Martin was very patient with answering all of our questions about the directions. I recommend to anyone who wants to visit Warner Bros and London.

Great and speedy communications with Martin. Very comfy beds, comfy pillows and lovely bedding (plenty of extra pillows too). Nice additional touches - milk, water, tea, coffee, cereal, bathroom accessories, plenty of loo rolls, nice towels, free WiFi etc, great heating and plenty of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Good parking, great location for Harry Potter Studios and close to train for London.

Located 28 km from Audley End House, 28 km from Stansted Mountfitchet Station and 30 km from Hatfield House, The Elms Annex features accommodation set in Cottered. It was very peaceful. Owner checked we were okay but then left us alone. Facilities were great, with everything that was needed for getting ready for a wedding They let us do an extended check out at midday.

Situated 14 km from Watford Junction, Indigo Heaven at Hemel features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. We love the ‘secret bedroom’ it was perfect for the kids and they slept really well. The shower was great and there was even some shampoo and conditioner incase you needed it. The hosts were excellent, they were very responsive, friendly and very accommodating.
