We arrived late in the evening from the ferry of Newhaven, but that was no problem at all. Parking place close by the door. Everything perfect.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable nights stay. It was also exceptionally clean! The thoughtful extras we had to for example, bathrobes, slippers, choice of shampoos/conditioners, blankets, an umbrella,cereal and fresh milk for breakfast etc were amazing. We got the appt on an offer for £52…. just so cheap for what it is! We would absolutely be wiling to pay between £80-£90 per night as it is so worth that!! Thanks again Maddy!

The house itself was beautiful it felt like a home from home. the garden was fantastic especially when the sun was out and the dog absolutely loved it. The beach was even closer then I had thought a simple 2/3 minute walk away which just made the whole stay even better, Sam was so so friendly we were greeted by a lovely welcoming smile and having them close by was so reassuring incase you needed them. I have already booked again for this year. we really can’t thank you enough.
