Penarwyn House, a property with a garden, is set in Par, 2.4 km from Par Sands Beach, 3 km from Spit Beach, as well as 33 km from Newquay Train Station. This was easily one of the best apartments we stayed in on our trip of five weeks! Check in was easy and the owners are hands on and very friendly! Our apartment was quiet and extremely spacious. We were spoilt with such a comfortable, stylish stay in this lovely well kept mansion. The kitchen is spacious, really well equipped with lots of extra's such as salt and other foodie stuff. We enjoyed the dining room where we could enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view and also do some business. The bathroom is spacious and for once we had enough place to put our toiletries. The sitting room is cozy, calm and we loved to relax there. The spacious bedroom is so beautifully decorated and the bed with it's lovely bedding, was the best! The location of Penwaryn House is actually very practical if you want to visit various spots in Cornwall. It sits sort of in the middle and with a quick drive you can visit any little town. We highly recommend this apartment to any one who wants to stay here.

Located 1.9 km from Par Sands Beach, 2.4 km from Spit Beach and 33 km from Newquay Train Station, Crows Nest provides accommodation situated in Par. It was fantastic time we had there in Cornwall The host is very friendly,very flexible and supportive.The place is spacious and very clean .All necessary facilities were available .lt is only few minutes drive to Eden project and 10 mint drive to Charles harbour from there. If I have another opportunity to come back l would definitely love to book the same place again and do highly recommend as a wonderful place to stay in Par in Cornwall .Ideal for someone with family or group of friends including pets

La 43 annex si trova a Newquay, a 1,5 km dalla Fistral Beach, a 1,9 km dalla Fistral Beach e a 2,5 km dal Newquay Blue Reef Aquarium. Property was in excellent condition, we were welcomed upon arrival and given a tour of property, bedding was clean, and bed comfortable, parking right outside and a private area out the back to sit, coffee and tea was provided along with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, plenty of local facilities and an excellent beach a short walk or with parking available, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit available for hire, cafe in top carpark and hut on beach serving hot cold drinks and ice cream, recommend the bowgie for eating including Sunday roast, card payment only.

Very clean, city center and easy to reach everything in Falmouth. Bed rooms are super quiet and towards the back. Kitchen very well equipped but we would recommend to eat out as there are very good restaurant around like the seafood bar, pho bar or the Harbour view. Totally recommended.

The accommodation was cosy, comfortable and offered many more luxuries than we expected. Derek was so friendly and helpful, we are so grateful for his hospitality. The location is excellent, even if you don't have a car you can easily reach many different places in Cornwall by bus or train.
