Location was great with many cafes and restaurants nearby. Milk, tea, coffee, shortbread provided.

It was such a beautiful and spacious apartment too, in a perfect location next to the main part of town so it was super easy to just walk anywhere we wanted.

It was really well laid out with a large double and a standard twin on the upper floor, and the living room, kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor. Really thoughtful touches, including spare dog bowls, towels etc at the entrance. Plus tea, coffee, milk etc and a lovely sweet treat! A folder of useful information was very helpful. The flat was clean, warm and cosy and very well equipped with lovely comfy beds, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc. And literally seconds from the high street and a lovely pub/restaurant. Absolutely lovely, would definitely stay again.

The flat is really stylish and it really felt like a treat staying there. So many lovely walks and eateries near there as well. I would highly recommend Pie, their cookies and pies are amazing! The hosts were so helpful and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend enough.

Dunbar Golf Club is 31 km from the apartment, while Winterfield Golf Club is 32 km away. The nearest airport is Edinburgh Airport, 86 km from Sandy Top. Everything was there. It was like being home, so comfy. I was biking and the apartment was near St. Abbs and a short walk to the beach. Shona was kind enough to provide shelter out of the rain for my bike. I highly recommend this lovely cottage.
