Spent a wonderful 9 days in the apt. Able to walk everywhere and shopping streets just around the corner. Apt was cosy and had a view over rooftops. Instructions on access were good in that I managed without having to ring for help.

Right in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand, situated within a short distance of Clermont-Ferrand Cathedral and Clermont-Ferrand Train Station, Warm & Wood offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household... This little attic unit is a very nicely renovated and cheerful abode. The decor is bright and restful and although the ceiling is low in places it feels spacious enough. The kitchen has everything needed such as condiments for cooking and tea and coffee supplied. This is also the case for bathroom necessities, shampoo, soap. It was great to have an air-conditioned apartment, allowing a great sleep. My husband and I loved the location, close to all the main sites and in a pedestrian street. Thanks Yann for a great stay and the gift of chocolates! We highly recommend staying here.
