This place is a perfect choice to stay if you're travelling around North Sealand. The location is great - close to the supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants as well as to the hiking paths and harbour (possible to cross Isefjord on a ferry and explore the opposite side of the island). Really good location and proximity to the public transport - train (to Hillerød, Copenhagen and others), buses and ferries. The apartment is really spacious, clean, and flooded with the sun in the daytime. The layout is very functional and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality materials and very well cared of. It is obvious from first glance that the owners really care about their property and guests. Lærke and Niels are super hosts, friendly, respectful, helpful and very professional. My partner and I felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay there. They also recommended us an alternative cycling route to get to our next destination which turned out to be very beautiful and picturesque and made our experience even better. I can only recommend! The location was perfect, just a 5min walk to the beachfront and shops. Our hosts were super friendly and were so helpful advising us where to go and arranging taxis and trains. The accommodation was very clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed.

The way she has organized and decorated the large flat we’ve rented makes it feel like a cosy nest for a family. Then: if you opt for a home-madr breakfast, Her freshly baked bread and marmelade are delicious. And she cares about Nature and her guests recycling their waste, makes it easy for them to do so, so her entire B&B makes a lot of sense to me. I wish her continued success, as it shows that she has put her heart into Nordgården!

Frederiksværk is a cosy little town with bridges, water, and beautiful nature. The check in and out procedure is done automatically and is very straightforward. Free parking available at the site. Strongly recommended!

The location was perfect to explore northern part of Sjaelland. Even though the farm was close to several big roads the traffic did not disturb us much. The close connection to the roads made it very easy to travel to different parts of the area. The appartment was clean with a lovely balcony. The beds were good; double bed in one room and a double bed sofa in the living room. We did not exepct to find much kitchen equipment, but found that there was a cooking plate and some saucepans. This made it possible to cook some simple meals, which we enjoyed doing. Being allergic to cats I was a bit afraid that I could be affected considering the animals at the farm, but I could not feel any allergic reactions, which made me happy. Had some communication with the host before the stay, and I got response very quickly.

My main goal was to visit the Louisiana museum, so the location was also very convenient. Host family was very kind and helpful. It was easy to find a parking place nearby.
