This was the last stay in our trip and we can sure say that it was THE BEST! We liked everything, new apartment, pool, the view from the roof, superb bed, nice smelling shower gel, quiet neiborhood, 10 out of 10!

The friendliness of the lady in the reception and her trust in us! In addition we got a bigger apartment which was not so warm. It is within a very safe place and with a code for the door, which makes it very easy.

Cabañas San gerardo is gelegen in San Gerardo de Dota, op 13 km van Cerro de la Muerte, en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de bergen. Enorme kamer met balkon met geweldig uitzicht. En heel veel vogeltjes. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Bij het restaurant aan de overkant haal je de sleutels. En het eten daar is ook prima in orde. Wij hadden daar lunch en ontbijt. Voor diner konden we trouwens terecht bij de buurman (Pizzería los Colibríes) met (onverwacht) voortreffelijke pizza's. Dus dat is ook een aanrader.

935 Lodge San José is gelegen in San José, op 50 km van Nationaal Park Poas en 4 km van stadspark La Sabana en biedt uitzicht op de stad en gratis WiFi. Lovely place!! We booked the 101 Apartment for 1 night and everything was great. The building is very well maintained and beautiful, check-in instructions clear (self-check-in) and we also met the host for payment who was super nice. The location is near a bigger street with lots of kiosks and restaurants. Bed is very comfortable and the hot water shower was functioning well. The 101 apartment has a small kitchen corner with a sink, wine glasses etc but no cooking area so be aware of that (other apartments might have it though). I would definitely stay here again as it was a place we felt very comfortable in in San Jose.

ARANJUEZ LOFTS Santa Ana ligt in Santa Ana en beschikt over een buitenzwembad, een tuin en een terras. Great experience from beginning to end. Aranjuez Lofts are a peaceful and relaxing microcosm in Santa Ana. On-site laundry and essentials were an appreciated extra.

El mejor apartamento en excelente ubicación. Beschikt over uitzicht op de stad, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, een fitnesscentrum en een tuin, ongeveer 5 km van stadspark La Sabana. Net en schoon appartement in bewaakt complex. We konden zelf koken en de was doen. 30 minuten lopen naar het centrum.

SkyGarden Nunciatura Luxury Apartment beschikt over een buitenzwembad, een fitnesscentrum, een tuin, en biedt accommodatie in San José met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de stad. Well there was a bit of a sanfu with the keys. The two individuals at the front desk couldn't find the keys the host left for me because they couldn't find my name. After some continual effort to provide more info, they found it. However, the building was clean, the apartment was very clean, both TVs worked, the shower was nice, albeit a little tight, but adequate. The water only warmed up to a certain temperature, maybe it could have been controlled from under the sink, but I didn't mess with it. The bed was comfy enough, plenty of space for my clothes and things. Everything you needed was in the kitchen. The Indian Restaurant downstairs had good food, but wayyyyy overpriced. The Pots and pans restaurant was much more reasonable. There are several cafes/coffee shops/restaurants within walking distance. But you will definitely transportation to get to just about anywhere else. BTW: if you are there during event time at the nearby stadium be prepared for crowds just about everywhere. The rooftop pool, pool table, views, BBQ, hot tub, were nice with all the spaces to hang out and chill if you want.
