This was the last stay in our trip and we can sure say that it was THE BEST! We liked everything, new apartment, pool, the view from the roof, superb bed, nice smelling shower gel, quiet neiborhood, 10 out of 10!

In addition we got a bigger apartment which was not so warm. It is within a very safe place and with a code for the door, which makes it very easy.

Situato a 6 km dal Cerro de la Muerte, il Vista el cerro cabina sangerardo offre sistemazioni con balcone e un giardino. La cabaña era ampia e piena di accessori come bollitore, microonde, macchina del caffè, frigo. Solo dopo averne fatto richiesta, la seconda sera, ci è stata data una piccola stufa che ha creato un po' più di tepore. La doccia aveva acqua calda. C'era un'ampia terrazza con vista sulla vallata.

Situato a San José, a 600 m dal Teatro Nazionale della Costa Rica e a 3,1 km dal Sabana Metropolitan Park, il 935 Lodge San José offre la vista sul giardino e la connessione WiFi gratuita. Lovely place!! We booked the 101 Apartment for 1 night and everything was great. The building is very well maintained and beautiful, check-in instructions clear (self-check-in) and we also met the host for payment who was super nice. The location is near a bigger street with lots of kiosks and restaurants. Bed is very comfortable and the hot water shower was functioning well. The 101 apartment has a small kitchen corner with a sink, wine glasses etc but no cooking area so be aware of that (other apartments might have it though). I would definitely stay here again as it was a place we felt very comfortable in in San Jose.

Situato a San Gerardo de Dota, a soli 17 km dal Cerro de la Muerte, l'Hospedaje Casa Monge offre gratuitamente biciclette e la connessione WiFi. Perfect tiny house in a cute nature place. The river is closed. You can park your car. It is cold during night but you have everything you need (blankets). Very clean, hot shower and the kitchen is well equiped. We saw a quetzal really early in the morning !

Situated in San José, 46 km from Poas National Park and less than 1 km from Estadio Nacional de Costa Rica, SkyGarden Nunciatura Luxury Apartment offers a fitness centre and air conditioning. Well there was a bit of a sanfu with the keys. The two individuals at the front desk couldn't find the keys the host left for me because they couldn't find my name. After some continual effort to provide more info, they found it. However, the building was clean, the apartment was very clean, both TVs worked, the shower was nice, albeit a little tight, but adequate. The water only warmed up to a certain temperature, maybe it could have been controlled from under the sink, but I didn't mess with it. The bed was comfy enough, plenty of space for my clothes and things. Everything you needed was in the kitchen. The Indian Restaurant downstairs had good food, but wayyyyy overpriced. The Pots and pans restaurant was much more reasonable. There are several cafes/coffee shops/restaurants within walking distance. But you will definitely transportation to get to just about anywhere else. BTW: if you are there during event time at the nearby stadium be prepared for crowds just about everywhere. The rooftop pool, pool table, views, BBQ, hot tub, were nice with all the spaces to hang out and chill if you want.
