Booked on short notice and all went flawless. On of my best stays during my trip in Chile!

The location was wonderful, easily in walking distances around the town and waterfront. The view was magical and the room was incredibly spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful despite us speaking little to no Spanish. It's an incredible value and great place to stay, we loved Puerto Natales, and would recommend staying here to anyone!
