The rooms are very spacious, clean and are equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. The first night we had a room with a bed which was rather soft. Very personal, but we don't like soft beds at all. The next morning they tried their best to shuffle some rooms around so we could change rooms and have a different bed more to our liking. The staff is super friendly and tries to make sure your stay is fantastic! Thank you for making our stay perfect and recommend Patagonia Apart to anyone staying in Punta Arenas for a night or a couple of nights!

Located in Puerto Natales and only 600 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station, Origenes Apartments provides accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. During my stay in Puerto Natales/W-Trek Origines became my home base. I have stayed there a couple of time and I was always happy to come back "home" - the hotel manager was super open, friendly and had supported me in a couple of occastions; she is the heart of Origines. I would always go back. Location is practical since it is in between the main bus station and the center.

The apartments were very clean and Carla was very responsive to my questions. It felt safe and was close to walk into town. Also near the bus station which was helpful for hiking.

Everything was great, starting with the price Self check in was very useful and the host was ready for any question that we had and was very kind with the checkout as well The house is new and cozy, I'd recommend maximum 4 people or it might be getting crowded with one toilet only

Situated in Punta Arenas and only 1.7 km from Playa Colon, Departamentos Kitkaika features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. Nothing at all even barely negative. It was perfect and so was the host couple owners. They were right there to help us all day and evening. And this was a last-minute add on 2 nights to our original 1 night because the hotel we were in up north was so miserably cold with no heat, we canceled and came south. So glad we did. So much more enjoyable when you are in a nice apartment. The water is drinkable and the steam heat is thermostat controlled and keeps every room warm. Instant on gas water heater was hot and infinite. Internet and DirecTV was great.

This spacious, clean and modern accommodation was like a home away from home during our Patagonia trip. We stayed here three times in two weeks, for 1-3 night each stay. Loved the big fridge and kitchen to make breakfast for those early morning starts. We did laundry and there was enough space to stretch out, after long treks or days on the road. Super comfortable beds, fresh linen, clean, great shower. Staff were very helpful, even keeping our extra things safe (free of charge) while we hiked the W trek in TdP. You leave them bagged in the room, send a message to let them know and they set them back in your room before you return.

It is a very modern apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place is very clean and at a great location. Communication with the host was great. I honestly think that this should be your first idea of a place to stay in Puerto Natales.

The location was wonderful, easily in walking distances around the town and waterfront. The view was magical and the room was incredibly spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful despite us speaking little to no Spanish. It's an incredible value and great place to stay, we loved Puerto Natales, and would recommend staying here to anyone!
