The property is very clean and spacious. Very convenient location. Direct train from the heart of Zurich. Vanessa was very accommodating on our requests. Will be staying again if given the chance.

Anna was very nice with us, she allowed us to enter a bit earlier. The apartment is perfect, very well located next to the train station, it's warm, quiet, it has everything you need.. you can even live there for long stays! it was much better than we thought it would be, we will recommend it to friends in case they want to come to Zurich!

The property was nicely located and rooms were clean and allocated well. The staff is what sets this hotel apart from others. It was so nice to be welcomed back by happy smiling faces .
