El lugar es soñado, la atención de Isabelle muy amable y siempre disponible para todas las preguntas. Hay juegos de mesa para niños y el WiFi funciona perfecto. Las camas son muy cómodas y calentitas, la ducha excelente y la cocina muy funcional. Una lástima que solo nos quedamos una noche. Lo recomiendo 100%!!

Apartment was clean, spacious and bathroom was amazing. Keys with lock box, Mario sends really specific pics of how to get in the apartment. One of the best places that you could stay in Interlaken.

Parking was right outside our doorstep, which makes it very convenient bringing our baggage in.. It was a pleasant stay.

It was stocked with everything we could possibly need or want (including chocolates and a bottle of champagne upon check in - perfect for the hot tub later!), and the owners were very friendly and responsive. The owners followed up throughout our stay and offered lovely dinner recommendations, etc. The location is very safe, secure, and close to Interlaken West station. I would give it extra stars if I could! We loved the entire experience. We were very grateful for the A/C, as it was quite warm in Interlaken the week we were there.
