The hotel staff was kind and pleasant, they helped us a lot with everything we asked for, and even offered us an extended stay at a cheaper price (due to the situation in our country). The hotel is close to everything in Bansko, the parking is right in front of the hotel entrance, and the view from the room is really beautiful.
