Haus Deutz is situated a 5-minute walk from Lake Faak and offers a very spacious garden with barbecue facilities, a sun terrace and a playground. The provided apartments all have a balcony with panoramic views of the surrounding area. A fish pond and a pasture with sheep are featured. Everything was great. Big terrace just for us was a nice surprise.

So it was not a problem to collect the keys. The overall process was managed with high quality. Everything was explained, and questions were answered. The breakfast provided was very good. The building is in a good location near the lake.

The unit has soundproofing and a bath. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Apartment is very spacious and fully equipped (fridge, oven, toaster, all kinds of stuff for cooking). Our daughters were happy as there are 2 bedrooms with proper beds (and not the uncomfortable sofa which is very often the case in other apartments). The location is also perfect as you can walk few minutes to public Strandbad. Really recommended :)
