We stayed for the weekend with our two older children. As soon as we arrived we where welcomed happily, the apartment was beautiful, bigger than we expected, clean and everything was prefect. The children particularly enjoyed the warm pool. The Terrace was a great added extra, with the most amazing view of the sea and mountains. The guy who runs the apartments was so lovely, and nothing was to much trouble. many thanks for a great weekend. 😊 100% recommend to families. It was so peaceful and quiet. Definitely will be returning 😊

This must be the best place to stay in Girne. Ethem was the perfect host and picked us up at Ercan; his staff were also kind and helpful. The apartment was perfect - wonderful views across the city and to the mountains, a great kitchen and sitting area, spacious bedrooms. Efficient heating which we needed in March. We highly recommend Karia Plus apartments. A special thank you to Ethem for making our stay so enjoyable.

A VERY CLEAN, MODERN AND DECENT ACCOMMODATION We spent 2 weeks in Smart Studios in Girne (Kyrenia) in North Cyprus and enjoyed our stay a lot. Smart Studios are located in excellent locality just some minutes away from a money exchange centre and very good Nusmar supermarket. Just a few minutes further on the road on the left of this supermarket are other big supermarkets. It needed some half an hour walk to the centre of the town with many shops and restaurants and further up to the old part of town and ancient harbour and park where buses or dolmas ply. At Smart Studios we simply had great time. It is a very clean, modern and decent accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and good comfortable bed. The owner Osman and his wife were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We can recommend Smart Studios as a great place to stay while spending time in Girne.

Parking underground with security guards 24/7 The complex has a swimming pool and gym and offers spa/massage services at and extra cost . Also has lifts and ramps for easy access. The apartment is spacious with air conditioning a balcony overlooking pool and a restaurant. TV with wifi channels . Wifi is super fast and washing machine toaster and microwave, oven .

Very decent Wifi. Very good contact with the host before arrival and during the stay. Dasri responded to messages almost immediately or within minutes. He was also very helpful in arranging transport, a rental car and anything else we asked for. A truly enjoyable stay. Thank you Metin Houses. We recommend it to everyone!
