It is exactly as advertised. Small studio and everything in it works well. Neighbors are all great. Enjoyed my stay there. Was walkable to my work and 7 Train which is one stop from the LIRR. When I needed a rideshare I never waited more than 5 minutes. Smart TV has streaming apps, Roku, and Airplay. In two weeks I saw zero crime and I was out during early and late hours. Felt very safe. An abundance of places to eat out or get delivery. C-Town grocery store close by. Full size refrigerator, utensils, plates and bowls. Coffee maker and blender. Shower was very nice and always hot water.

I recently stayed at this hotel for an event. We were on a time crunch and the manager Alex helped us tremendously. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond for us.
