Great place to stay. Located close enough to the city to get everywhere kinda fast but still in a more quiet area of Chiang Mai. The staff is very friendly and helpful (even though their English is VERY limited). The rooms are clean and you’ll definitely have enough space (and the drinks in the lobby are cheaper than at the nearest 7-Eleven). Stayed here for the second time now and they are still great.

So far it was the best accommodation we have met in Thailand for such a reasonable price. It was 100% value for money! The house is sooooo clean that you can literally eat from the floor. No smell, no moisture, powerful air conditioning, amazing atmosphere. If only we could take this apartment everywhere we go with us! We were extremely happy to find a such an amazing place to stay. The host allowed us to prolong our stay for one more night, so we were lucky and really enjoyed. We were very late for the official check in time, but the hosts kindly waited for us. Thank you! Please continue keeping this place sooo nice! <3 If we are coming back, we are only choosing your place!

Very low key accommodation. Each floor is a different room so there’s very little guests actually staying here at a time. We really liked this. It was always quiet no matter the time. The street is a side street off the main road and there’s a ton of other hostels. The location is perfect for quick access to old town and the night market around the corner. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The internet is great for remote workers there’s multiple extenders. The maid stays on property till 5:00pm and she’s very kind! She was always attentive and asking if we needed anything. Every morning you’ll find a lite breakfast bar with cereal, snacks, and coffee. We checked in late so we just picked up our keys and walked up to our room. A/C in the rooms are always welcoming to come home too. Our room had a kitchenette with a microwave. Very useful.

I lived here for about two weeks and I can say that this is a very pleasant place in a great location. The staff and owners were always very friendly and hospitable. This house has everything you might need, washing machine, bike rental, taxi service to the airport. The rooms are cozy and clean and no noise interfered with my rest, the area is quite quiet and there is 7/11 very close, which was important for me. Thank you very much!

Absolutely adorable. The hosts were lovely to deal with, grounds were so cute, amenities were above any place, quite, we loved it. Things such 3 garbage cans, one very large in the kitchen, full size fridge, condiments, bath goodies were a bonus.

It's a studio apartment with all essentials you need and even more) the bed is super comfy! the location is great too, 5 min by foot to Maya shopping centre, several café nearby and 7-11 right in the first floor of the building. The host is friendly and helpful, was ready to solve any problems but we didn't have any, all was great!

We stayed on the 3rd floor. The condomimum has two elevators, and 7 Eleven on the ground floor. It was very very convenient for everything! I can recommend to anyone this place.

Everything you need in the room, including well-equipped kitchenware for some simple cooking and a handy washing machine. Gorgeous rooftop swimming pool and spacious gym.
