Absolutely wonderful! Will definitely return to this location and recommend the apartment to friends. We had the top floor apartment with the balcony with a "peek a boo" view of the ocean (see photo), which was really lovely for reading in the morning or relaxing in the evening. The apartment was very clean and had all that we needed. Anes was a friendly and helpful host. We loved being only a very short walk from the sea, the center, and restaurants, etc. yet still on a slightly more quiet street. We were grateful for the free parking; this was one of the reasons we originally booked this particular apartment.

Located in the middle of the city, and very easy to go to the supermarket, go to the beach or any of the restaurants in town for dinner all in < five minutes walk. Self check in was very nice bonus. Amenities were all very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with a Panini maker and coffee maker

We made breakfast by ourselves in the kitchen on the top floor of this special very old house (I think 700 years old house). The house is a part of the old medieval centre, which is inside the old town walls right on the seaside. Maybe 15 metres from the shore. Parking is difficult, of course, this cannot be changed. It is not advised to park down in the town, it is too small for so many tourists and cars. I recommend Arze parking, if you like a small hike around 10 mins - pleasant experience.

The apartment is a huge studio located on the top floor which is actually the attic. It was a little bit tricky to get there with luggage but the wonderful host helped us up to the apartment. Parking in Piran is difficult, but Parking Arze is the cheapest at 15 euros for 24 hours, not the one recommended by the Studio Carmen team. The apartment is well situated in a quiet street near a Mercator which was very handy and the 80s Cafe Bar with excellent breakfast coffee.
