Very nice accommodation close to Kalmar. Actually one big living room, bedroom with large indoor bathroom and open kitchen which used to be the gymnasium in this former school building. One large bed with two mattresses and two extra beds in the connecting changing rooms. Very nice views, outside lawn and free parking space available. Lovely owners. As they live in the same building the gymnasium is the only room available. Please be aware no breakfast available. Dog cookies and food bowls for when you bring your dogs. The owners have a couple of lovely dogs.

Good place to stay either overnight (like we did) or a bit longer stay. Located in very quiet part of Kalmar, just a short walk distance from beach and Kalmar castle. Apartments equipped with all basic things you need for longer stay, only thing to be aware that you may have your apartments (I think there are couple of options but we got basement one) in the basement floor, so no big windows or garden view from there :)

It was a very nice, super clean and comfortable apartment. We felt very much at home. We had everything we needed traveling with kids. The garden was really beautiful too, it was nice sitting outside in the long nordic evenings. The apartment is in a really nice residential areas with typical Swedish houses. The beach and Castle are a short walk. The host was also very kind and helpful. We had a great time, highly recommend it.

We had a very nice stay at this sweet little apartment which is located in the old town. What we liked most is the location and the neighborhood as well as the little outdoor area that serves as a nice dinner and breakfast spot. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner of the place and her daughter are very nice. They helped in case of questions and were very friendly. We can definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a sweet, romantic place to stay in Kalmar.
