Offering city views, Óbidos - Casa do Castelo is an accommodation located in Óbidos, 38 km from Monastery of Alcobaca and 25 km from Peniche Fortress.

Excellent location about 150 meters downhill from castle entrance. Free parking in front of cottage. Marcelo was very responsive and took care to have replaced a defective erratic running hot water heater in the cottage. Some street vehicle traffic noise audible between 6:00 and 18:00. Nearby small cafe 40 meters away. For grocery supplies best to drive to Pingo Doce on top of hill (too far to walk and no sidewalk). For lunch/dinner at reasonable not tourist prices eat at Alcaide, 2nd floor, Rua Dureita 60 (open off-season in November when others were closed). We would stay here again. Thanks Marcelo.

Providing mountain views, Calçada 14 is located in the Obidos Medieval Town district of Óbidos, 500 metres from Obidos Castle and 40 km from Monastery of Alcobaca.

We loved the location. It overlooked a valley with a beautiful church highlighted, especially at night. Outside the wall, we were close enough to wander inside in a few minutes & there were a multitude of cafes & restaurants to choose from. Once they got us a working dehumidifier (it was winter & quite damp everywhere when we arrived) the property was very comfortable. The stovetop, microwave, & all the accessories were well supplied.

A well appointed self contained suite in a large modern house. Lots of room outside around the good sized swimming pool, including sitting and barbecue areas. Everything you need in the kitchen, even cooking oil and a few spices. Even with another two groups of occupants the pool area didn't feel crowded. Handy for shops and within a hour or so walking from Obidos. 20 minutes away from Buddha Eden gardens (6 euro), well worth a visit.

    Lloc perfecte per visitar la zona amb cotxe. Esmorzar deliciós i abundant. Malhauradament no vam poder disfrutar de la piscina pel temps però totes les instal·lacions es veuen molt bé. Es veritat que l’apartament que ens va tocar te ja us anys però està ben cuidat i es comfortable
