The couple who owned/manages the place were exceptional , friendly and professional. I booked my cab back to Lisbon Airport via an earlier booking thru internet, and they even helped me reconfirm my transportation accomodation by calling and communicating in local language with the company. They made sure that we have everything in order before they departed. The place was very clean , neat and at par with 5 star accomodations. The view from our hotel is fantastic, we could see the top of the basilica from where we were. Everything is accessible, from the restaurants, souvenir shops, and of course, the Basilica itself. Worth the money i paid.

We loved the location-close to the basilica, museums, restaurants. The amenities, particularly the washer and refrigerator were also a major reason for staying here. We greatly appreciated having a clothes rack to hang clothing to dry and the fabulous towel dryer. The lighting in all the spaces is also very good.

This was the best lodgings I've ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean and very well prepared. There's everything you need. It's spacious and it contains three bedrooms with two of them having its own toilet and bathroom which was absolutely amazing! The Sanctuary of Fátima is pretty near plus a supermarket just around the corner. The owner Paulo is very nice and always ready to help in case of need. Pilgrim Home is absolutely luxurious! A perfect place. Muito obrigado, Paulo!
