Melisa is such a nice and helpful host. She helped me drying my wet motorcycle boots and clothes. The room is small but is has everything in it to prepare your own meals. A big supermarket is only 5 minutes away. Internet is good. You get all your privacy. The room is very clean and set up with love. Highly recommended.

The staff is very welcoming. Los empleados muy atentos. Super clean. Nice firm bed.Super limpio. La cama firme y todo limpio. El aire acondicionado rico y fuerte. The A/C nice and strong. Definitivamente recomendado. Definitely recommend. Oh the location very safe. Convenient mini super below and great restaurant across the street. Oh y la ubicación muy segura. The room was very large and well equipt. The owners were awesome! It would be great except for the strong smell of bleach or cleaning chemical, and the bed was awful. If you opened the windows to let in breathing air it was very hot and loud from neighboring dogs. If you left them closed the odor was so strong I couldn't breathe. If they were to get a new bed and not use so much bleach, it would be a great value. This was the worst night sleep I've had in years maybe a decade. I fell bad writing this review because the owners were so nice and accommodating I want them to succeed.

Wonderful stay with the Vega Rios family!! The friendliness and kindness of our hosts made our trip that extra special, we were treated like part of the family, nothing ever seemed too much and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We are looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to David. The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, only a short taxi or bus ride away from many supermarkets and food places. Taxi's are frequent in the neighborhood and buses to several destinations stop just a 10-15 min walk from the house. Do not hesitate to book this property you will not regret it 🌞

great apartment with beautiful sea view. It was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The host was very nice and was always available. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself and the bed is very comfortable. We recommend this place. It was very relaxing and the kilometer long beach right outside the front door is beautiful for long walks.
