It was nice being able to access the balcony area from the living room & main bedroom. There was enough seating for 2 of us. The kitchen was very well equipped but as the town of Orewa was on the doorstep we ate out a lot but there were 2 supermarkets very close by. Views of the beach & sea from the room. Safe parking. The pool and hot tubs were good. The whole building was quiet, a mixture of owners and rentals. Everyone we met was friendly. I recommend the Ramada Suites and the town of Orewa.
