And all super modern, good choice of cable TV, or streaming, a wonderful heated terrace. A haven of peace in Tromso. Best of all, Eurico the owner. So amenable, friendly and super helpful, while being discreet. Eurico was waiting for me, and saved me from a dead phone who could not join him. He helped make my stay a wonderful experience and I hope Eurico's place will be available for my next visit. Eurico was again there for my departure and helped with booking a cab. I had the best time and best experience at Royal Skir and Eurico's place. Thank you for everything Eurico! Everything was exceptional, a 10 rating.

This little gem of an apartment was perfect in Tromso, the owner Veronica provided all the details on email the day before, local advice and tips as well that helped us see the lights on our first night at Telegrafbutka beach, fantastic advice! Our suitcase was broken when we arrived in Tromso, I emailed Veronica who responded within a couple of minutes advising exactly where I could buy a new case to get us home, such fantastic service. The apartment is perfect, we had our own lovely breakfast and made our own meals, the 2 bedrooms perfect and they provide everything you could need, slippers, toilet roll, loads of towels, a picnic set, fluorescent vests, shower robes etc, they have covered it all! The apartment is lovely and warm and was for our entire stay, bus stop is directly outside on the other side of the road, just buy a week long ticket and jump on to the city centre or Tekegrafbutka beach or they are a 10- 20 minute walk, we got the bus in and walked back each day, just perfect. Highly recommend this apartment and want to say a big thank you to Veronica for our wonderful stay!

The view is totally beyond my expectation! Sitting on the comfortable sofa bed, you can see the Arctic Ocean, snow-capped mountains, beautiful buildings in the city and all kinds of beautiful birds. It is worth mentioning that the glass room is not cold at all, it is very warm and comfortable!

We met André who was a wonderful host, who greeted us and handed the keys to the apartment. The apartment is spacious and has everything you can dream of. The best part were the large windows which faced all sides. The heating worked well and it was quite cosy in the apartment. The kitchenette along with a dishwasher was quite useful during our stay of 3 nights in the apartment. The views from the bedroom were splendid. We also saw the Northern lights from the bedside window which was fantastic (in the city, it doesn't appear very clearly to the eye due to light pollution). The location is ideal if you like to avoid the bustle of the Tromsø city centre. In this neighbourhood, you get to live like a local. From the apartment it's only 2 minutes to the Arctic Cathedral and around 10 minutes to the Fjellheisen cable car. While you can walk to the city centre from here in about 25 minutes, it's recommended to take the bus which only takes a couple of minutes (especially in the winter). We came here during the lead-up to the winter (in November) so you end up spending many hours indoors after the sun goes down. And this apartment was perfect to spend hours watching movies or reading one of the many books available in the study in the apartment. Another plus, this apartment comes with a fantastic bathroom!

Everything was within a 10 min walking distance which made the whole trip so easy.

Thank you for the upgrade from a studio apartment! That was a lovely surprise. Having access to the shared laundry was great Good to have secure underground parking at a reasonable cost for city centre. But accessing it in a large American car is extremely tight down a ramp that bends round a corner!!MichelleFamily with young children

Its in a great quiet place, just behind there is a hill, where you can see the Northern Lights if you are lucky enough. Also we have seen a moose there too, so we have been extremely lucky with this 😃 the apartment has everything what you need for a short stay, its warm and very cosy. Sigri was lovely and happy to help if we had any questions. It was a great stay, thank you.

However, the best thing about the apartment is its location; I do not think you can live more central in Tromsø than this! The flat also have a convenient French balcony which can be used to watch/listen the city life when enjoying a cup of coffee. Host was nice and provided the information we needed. It is a privilege to know I can book this apartment the next time I am in Tromsø.

Large bathroom, comfy bed, excellent heating, dishwasher, oven, hobs, an abundance of kitchen utensils and cutlery, dishwasher tablets and soap, kitchen paper and top it all the place is spotlessly clean. Instructions for keys is very clearly laid out in a text message sent before arrival too. Will certainly use again, and would recommend to any solo traveller.
