El entorno del barrio es muy bonito y tranquilo. Cómodo si vas en vehículo por que hay aparcamiento alrrededor. Cerca del Aeropuerto y Ansterdam, desconozco el servicio de transporte si lo necesitas. Hay cerca algunos establecimientos. Es una ciudad tranquila.

There was a very spacious living area and a well equipped kitchen. There were coffee and tea bags and oil and salt and pepper which are always great. We enjoyed the walk to and from the tram to get to the city. That was only Euros 3.50 to get there. We had to Uber to the airport from the house.

Booked the property as the description, the location and the price were good. As usual, I lowered my expectations and prepared myself for any small things that will go wrong, intending not to let anything spoil the vacation. The hosts were able to meet us earlier and let us leave the baggage before we went out to catch some daylight. The place was clean already, and I said that it's ok with me as it is, but the hosts insisted they need more time to clean it even more. More surprises came on, the sauna is working and is all my own. I couldn't believe it. I saw the title but imagined it to be a gimmick, or to have some catch, but it hasn't. I felt for a few days like an oligarch staying in a private suite at a 5 stars resort. You can lift the property, including the garden and your private sauna, and put it in a 5* hotel, and you'll have a presidential suite. The location? A plus for for any adults looking to be close enough to the center to visit sights, far enough to have a peaceful quiet time in the garden and at night. No traffic out of my window for a 55 Y old trying to fight insomnia means a lot of energy next day discovering Amsterdam. 20 min in a tram is not a price to pay, it's a joy when the tram gives you a sighting tour of new and old Amsterdam. Never stayed in a place so blatantly good that it's actually under-selling itself in the description. Future travelers: don't ruin the place and the owner's believe that hosting can be done not only by making your property a money machine, but also leaving an impression on the visitors. I will treasure my memories about this short visit in Amsterdam as they are intertwined with a moral conclusion - there are still good people at work in hospitality industry.
