The house was built in the 17th century and is s very authentic to the surroundings. Despite if it’s age it is quite comfortable and warm. Location is nice: about 15 minutes by feet to the Dom Tower. A supermarket working till 10pm, souvenir, cheese shops and even a cat caffe are only several meters away.

A beautiful apartment on the old canal with a lot of character and charm. The host was friendly and the location was unbeatable. Sitting on the canal watching the boats and ducks sail by was a favorite memory on this trip. Highly recommend this place.

The location right on the canal ‘Oude Gracht’ was superb. It was so lovely to stay in the middle of the bustling historic center and with a view on the Oude Gracht. The train station was really accessible and plenty options within walking distance for brunch/dinner. The stunning spacious apartment, beautifully appointed was fully equipped with spices to cook and coffee-cups ready to go. The host was really helpful with questions: above and beyond! We could definitely recommend this place and we will be back!

The location of the apartment is absolutely fantastic and it was extremely clean. As well as being right on the Oudegracht/ canal, the apartment is located in the heart of the city with shops, cafes and restaurants just minutes away. The perfect location to explore the city easily on foot. The apartment is also extremely spacious which was wonderful and, despite being at canal level, it has a lot of daylight thanks to the large glass doors and additional windows at the front. Our vist was in winter and thankfully the apartment wasn't cold - the heating works really well in there which was great. The sauna and steam room are an added bonus which helps to make the trip even more relaxing. We have already decided that we will book back here again in the summer to enjoy the activity/view over the canal even more. We had the opportunity to meet with the hosts as well - both were absolutely charming and so helpful. Highly recommend!

It is a charming house with a spacy living room and a beautiful kitchen. The sofa and the armchair in the living room are extremely comfortable. The beds in the 3 bedrooms are excellent. The entourage is great, anywhere you look you see the green grass and a beautiful garden. It is really relaxing without any urban noise. Utrecht centrum is 15 minutes by car. Our host Jeannette was extremly hospitable. The house made milk and the eggs were fantastic. She showed us the farm and it was really interesting to hear about how our hosts handlings the cows and the farm.
