Great location. Lemmer is an beautiful town. Very clean and quiet, but autobahn to Amsterdam is 5 minutes by car.. Everything what you need is in walking distance - supermarkets, shops, beach, restaurants. Free parking just in 10 meters. The houseboat is new. Shining bright and clean. Friendly stuff (over the phone, because you never see them). Everything you need available- kitchen and domestic equipment, furniture, TV, free WiFi. Relaxing family vacation! Riverside and upper terrace- you need to try it! You feel like on an expensive yacht! We will 100% back here!

The apartment is clean, recently built or renovated. It has all the facilities including fully equiped kitchen, with some nice details like a full service set of 'Fruit and Flowers', which fits very nicely with the country style of the place. The bathroom has a washing machine, living room with TV and dining table and an access to a small garden. Pets are welcome. The owner was very friendly and helpful at all times. The place is very quiet. The small town of Lemmer and its beach are just few minutes away by car.

Lovely apartments and garden in a lovely location. It is possible to rent bikes and a boat from the host. We enjoyed our stay very much

What a wonderful property! We only had one night but wished we could have spent several nights here. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a very comfortable living/dining room. The apartment is located in a lovely bucolic setting. We were on the top floor of the house with views of pastures, woods, a pond, cows and horses. I had a great night of sleep here. This was an ideal stay for us; we come from Honolulu, a big city without any of these fantastic views. I wish we could have had more time to relax and enjoy more of the scenery around the farm, but unfortunately we had to move on too soon. Finally, the host and her husband were very welcoming. She met us when we arrived and saw us off when we left. Thank you Ingrid!

Sint Nyk is well located and the apartement is really nice. The owners are very uncomplicated and super helpful. Great bathroom👍🏼 petrol station nearby😃

They don’t supply meals but we had a kitchenette. My suitcase got waylaid, so the owner went out of is way to retrieve it. He drove all the way to the airport to get my suitcase for me. He went way beyond to help me.
