The entrance area to the hotel is from the yard, a vehicle can take you right next to the elevator. The elevator was perfect. The location is central, not far from main comercial centres and Librería Hispamer. At the same time, the hotel itself is located in the area without any shops nearby, while there is one single restaurant, but literally across the road, which is a great restaurant indeed.

We had the top floor with amazing views all around the capital’s center, the lake and volcanos. The breakfast was good and fresh. The area was safe and quiet (it’s located on a cul-de-sac). We didn’t even hear any other guests even though we saw them at breakfast. The room had drinking water and was very clean. The towels were exchanged daily. The reception staff were very helpful!
