The most beautiful clean & new property. The family are so sweet & lovely. They brought us coffee, tea & the most delicious Sri Lankan treats! The rooms are spacious, a kitchen with a big fridge and gas cooker. Fans work great (important in Sri Lankan heat) & big mosquito nets to keep them out. Location is off the main road set back in the jungle. Very calm and quiet but close to the beach & restaurants. The nicest & best value for money accommodation I have stayed in during my month so far in Sri Lankan. Cannot recommend staying here enough! Big love to the wonderful hosts ❤️❤️❤️ We will definitely be back!

The owner showed us his land with all animals and plants in the garden. The breakfast was insanely delicious and everything was freshly prepared. All in all it was a 10/10! We will definitely come back when we visit Sri Lanka a second time. Thank you so much for everything!!!

The space isn't luxurious but it's comfortable and very large, with a spacious bathroom and kitchen, and the view from outside is nice. The air conditioning works well, the water pressure is good and I liked the firm bed. You can walk to the beach (Coconut Tree Hill, Parrot Rock) and many restaurants. There are also several laundry services right nearby.

The swimming pool was so nice and the free coconut was perfect to enjoy a hot afternoon. Best breakfast we had in Sri-Lanka. The staff went above and beyond. Perfect communication.
