The location was great. A lot of shops nearby. Close to the Mekong River, so you can go for an evening or morning running routine there. Very comfortable place to live. It was perfect for what I was looking for, quiet, comfortable, secure, close to the riverside and town centre (10 minute walk) and close to a gym. There is a coffee shop downstairs which has lovely food, coffee and other drinks. There is a seperate kitchen to cook some simple meals for yourself and a seperate lounge area which is very nice to sit around in. The apartment is very spacious. The owner let me check in early and was very helpful for any additional requests that I had. I ended up staying an extra week, I liked it that much.

The boss is very good. He came out to pick us up and didn't bring enough local currency. The boss also lent us a car to exchange it! Get up early the next morning to help us take a taxi with local software! In short, it's great!
