El personal és molt atent i agradable. Ens han ajudat amb l'enviament de maletes al següent hotel i sempre han estat pendents de si necessitàvem res. Un dia vam prendre l'esmorzar típic japonès i també estava molt bo! La terrassa que hi ha dalt de l'edifici és molt agradable. Per pujar-hi a la nit quan ja ha marxat el sol és fantàstica. Si mai tornem a Tokyo, segur que repetim!

The room exceeded my expectations in size and convenience. There's even a small workspace where I had a quick meeting while my kid played. Plus, you can do laundry and cook here, which is awesome for a long trip. It's just one stop from Asakusa, a 5-10 minute walk or a quick subway ride, with the station conveniently located just a minute's walk from the hotel entrance. Surrounded by convenience stores and excellent restaurants, the location couldn't be better.

One of the best value places we have stayed in Japan! This place is an amazing, really functional apartment like room. Everything is super clean, new and good working. There is an elevator that goes privately to your room which is super cool. The location is super good, near Tokyo Sky Tree. The man that takes care of the place is really friendly and gave our kid some presents. We definitely had a great time here.

Diria que millor agafar habitació en un pis una mica alt, ja que abaix passa el tren. Nosaltres estàvem al pis 12.
