the place is new, the interior design is warm/cozy with the wooden wall and incandescent lighting my reason for staying in this Narusawa Village was trekking the Aokigahara Jukai & the Saiko Lake area the kitchen & bathroom / toilet are clean/new/perfect the shower is perpect good for both bus-riding travelers & car-driving travelers

Spacious, heated floors, comfortable bathroom and bathtub, quality toilet paper. Next door is an elementary school. If you stand by the crosswalk you will have an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji.

We had a great and pleasant stay. The host is very welcoming and hospitable. I was even talking to him to IG for faster communication and he was very helpful. His place is clean, complete common amenities, spacious (our room can actually accommodate 4 pax) and homey vibes. He provides us toiletries and complimentary cup noodles/water everyday. The place has a good view of Mt. Fuji. On our last day, the host drives us to Kawaguchiko Station for free. We will definitely come back to his place and we recommend for future travellers too.

We loved the self check in! Easy instructions and access to our room. We also were really impressed with the size of the room, as well as the cleanliness. It was great that they put the amount of towels needed for our 3 day stay. So we had fresh towels each day. It was the perfect location and we loved that parking was included.

The apartment is really close to the Kawaguchiko station. The owner was heartwarming, he helped us to rent some bikes (as we didn't speak Japanese) and he drove to the place with us, as it was a little far away from the apartment. Thanks a lot for that. We truly recommend to stay there to improve the experience in this town!
