Very friendly hosts, flexible and obliging. Could check in earlier and kept luggage for some hours after check out. Facility looked newly renovated, was very clean. Nice amenities. Very nice with washer and dryer. Perfect for longer stays. Definitely will stay here again if in Naha again. Convenient location close to bus/monorail and konbini.

Yoshino was very kind to greet us with an Aussie flag on our arrival, and he was very responsive when we sent him messages in the app to confirm coming. He also sent useful information before arriving about taking the bus etc. He was a quiet but friendly man, and we enjoyed talking to him during our stay. Really affordable, new, and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend. The apartment is beautiful with very comfy futons and great AC. It is small but newly made with nice decorations. There is a nice kitchen space as well. It is located close to Kokusai Dori and a short walk to the markets, and the street itself has some cool vintage shops etc. It is a nice location, easy to access via bus or monorail or taxi. Yoshino was very helpful to carry my friend's suitcase up the stairs for us. He also let us stay another night when the typhoon impacted our plans and that was no trouble to organise with him. He speaks great English and also helped us to get a taxi via uber. Had a great time in Naha staying here.

very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies, washer and dryer. a 3 minute walk to Tomari ferry port and several bus stops, 8 minute walk to the monorail. We were able to ride the bus from the airport. the hosts live on site and are very responsive, they brought fresh towels and took out trash every day.

貸しマンションタイプは初めて利用したが、とても綺麗で、立地場所も良く、さらに料金も安いので、満足でした。

The place was not big, but it is well-designed, everything a traveler needs is prepared. A taste of Japanese modern apartment, plus Japanese traditional living style (sleeping), the place is a pretty good mixture of both. Car parking was right next to the building. 2 minutes walk to the main street (国際通). Check out was also easy as we left the key in the mailbox when we left early in the morning. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay (cooking utensils could be rented separately if needed - we did not as we ate out all of the time) and was in a nice quiet area but still close to many places to eat and a 5 minute walk from the monorail. It is not really a hotel, it is a self check-in condo building with very limited support from the stuff. It might be more suitable for longer rentals than a weekend stay.

You can buy fresh seafood there and bring them back to the apartment then enjoy them with your family and friend. 2. the Apt owner provide free car rental. It's so important right now when it's hard to get a rental car for foreign tourists.
