It is a very unique place to stay. We enjoyed the use of the cinema. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for my family of 6. The location was great!

The owner is approachable and very helping. He even arrange our pick up and drop off. He even woke up at 5am to drops us off to the bus station. Will definitely book again here once we get the chance to go back in Gotemba.

The house was super clean, and everything was well maintained. I made a mistake while booking and the host was very accommodating and the staff was friendly and helped us a lot!!!

The property was very clean and had many cleaning supplies in case were needed. All linen and towels used were clean. The location was very close to many good restaurants (though beware they close early!) including a supermarket! It was 15 minute drive to Hakone volcano summit and around 5 minute drive to popular onsens and hiking areas. The area is very quiet so beware for groups to not be too loud at night. The owner was very thorough with check-in and check-out information so we did not have any trouble. The internet worked great and so did all amenities. I was happy I could bring my dogs! They had a great time at the little gated area offered!

We loved our own onsen! The views were also amazing and even though it rained all day we could cozy up and enjoy games, movies and reading, and of course the onsen. Great access to a lot of restaurants while still being set apart from the busyness of Hakone. Will definitely visit again!
