📍 The location was truly perfect; near Piazza San Marco, a lot of great restaurants and Ponte Rialto. 🛌 The apartment was magnificent: very elegant, spacious and impeccable. We liked the attention to details and that the kitchenette was well-equipped. The luxury we felt there made our stay even more memorable.

A recently renovated apartment in Venice and within less than 1 km of La Fenice Theatre, San Vio Palace Luxury Apartments has a garden, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi.

The apartment was beautiful, large and clean, with a great view from the window. Unfortunately, the boiler broke down and there was a problem with water, but it was resolved to our advantage

Ecco Suites Apartments, huoneisto Venetsiassa

A recently renovated property, Ecco Suites Apartments is situated in Venice near Basilica San Marco, Doge's Palace and Piazza San Marco.

We stayed at the Ecco Apartments for 1 week in June 2023. Ivan our concierge met us and was extremely helpful during our stay, suggesting which ferry to catch and where to eat and drink. The apartment was modern, with new kitchen equipment that looked unused. I do enjoy a coffee in the morning and whilst a cafetière would have been ideal, Ivan went out and purchased a coffee maker which was fantastic. The bathroom was spotless, as was the rest of the apartment The location is literally a couple of minutes from the main front of San Zaccaria, but far enough away to be a quiet peaceful area. There were a number of bars, shops and restaurants near the apartment On arrival, we were added to the Concierge Whatsapp group and Ivan was on-hand for any questions or help which was reassuring in a busy city We used the apartment as a base and had day trips out to Lake Garda and Verona with the rail infrastructure being far superior to anything in the UK and we would highly recommend using the train to explore other parts of Italy. We would highly recommend the Ecco apartments. Thanks for a great stay.

The host was in contact with us before our arrival and was already waiting for us. Very warm reception, towels are very clean and fragrant. The kitchen and the house are very clean and equipped, and of course completely modern and renovated.

Central location - 3 minutes from the shuttle station, just behind san marco square and few minutes from realto bridge. the owner was extremely kind, gave exact directions and waited for us in the apartment with clear instructions and tips. the apartment is very spacious for a family of 4 and fully equipped with everything that's needed. it is also very well decorated, everything is new and reserved, and it has a small and very nice porch. very pleasant to stay in the apartment. it is on the 3rd floor of the building

    Asunto oli erinomaisella paikalla lähellä Rialton siltaa, kauniita kujia ja lukuisia ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Ikkunasta kurkistamalla näki kanavan, joka virtasi aivan asunnon vieressä alla. Huoneisto oli siisti ja siinä oli kahden tilavan makuuhuoneen lisäksi kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja hyvin pieni keittiö-olohuone-yhdistelmä. Huoneistossa oli mielenkiintoinen sisustus ml. pyöreä sänky. Avainten saaminen sujui helposti. Viestittelimme whatsappilla ja sovimme tapaamisen asunnon ulko-ovelle. Plussaa siitä, että koira oli tervetullut asuntoon :)

    Sijainti oli hyvä. Mukava, kun sisään kirjautuminen onnistui joustavasti. Hyvät patjat. Ympäristön melu ei häirinnyt. Huoneistossa ei ollut mitään ötököitä.

    Sijainti oli keskeinen, terassi oli kiva ja asunto oli muutenkin moderni. Omistaja oli todella mukava ja auttavainen. Hänet sai helposti kiinni ja hän vastasi nopeasti. Hän antoi tarkat ohjeet asuntoon pääsyyn ja kaikki sujui muutenkin mukavasti.

    Huoneiston sijainti oli erinomainen. Kattoterassi ylitti odotuksemme: se oli suuri ja siltä oli hienot näkymät kaupungin kattojen yli ja kanaaleille. Huoneistossa oli avarat ja viihtyisät tilat. Keittiö oli täydellisesti varusteltu. Koko huoneisto oli moitteettoman siisti. Isäntäväki oli ystävällistä ja vastasi nopeasti kaikkiin kysymyksiimme. Tätä huoneistoa voimme vilpittömästi suositella!

    Makuuhuoneen ikkunoiden alta lipui gondolit, sijainti aikalailla täydellinen. Siistit, tilavat huoneet, sujuva yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa. Kuvat eivät tee oikeutta, on paljon parempi asunto. Lentokentältä vesibussilla ja lyhyt kävelymatka asunnolle.

    Sijainti oli loistava, huoneisto mahtava. Kaikki sujui hienosti, whatsappiin tuli ohjeet kuinka asuntoon pääsee (ovikoodi, avain masterlock-laatikossa) ja vastasivat heti viestiin, kun ihmettelimme millä vesipysäkillä lautasta jäädään pois. Hyppää paatista pois siis Rialto bridgen pysäkillä.
