Completely enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The host is very friendly and helped me when I had questions about amenities or nearby activities. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The location in Pescia is 10/10. Right beside La Baracchina for the best ice cream and nearby supermarkets. On saturday there was a lovely market, it’s a one minute walk away. Thanks again to the host for arranging this beautiful stay. I will be coming back!

The owner was really willing to help us (the WiFi didn't work, so we informed him by Whatsapp and he came by right away to fix it: perfect!). It is located in the old city center so all the restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking within walking distance 700m. Close to other nice Tuscan cities such as Florence and Lucca.

The apartments were well equipped (including a lovely welcome pack which was so lovely) and we loved the outdoor areas. Emanuella was always available and a very helpful host. There was on site secure parking.

The place was lovely and fully equipped even with some food. Apartment is big and very comfortable for 4-5 people and has 2 big bedrooms divided by a living room. The view from the terrace is stunning, there are 2 grills and the possibility to cook outside which made our stay exceptional. We arrive back at this place again for sure. We spent two weeks there, used the washing machine dishwasher iron and everything worked perfectly. The owner provided even a rug upon our request to cover the tiles in the living room, since in November it was cold to play on the floor for the children. Otherwise the heating worked perfectly.

We had a wonderful stay with our family and could reach very easily other destinations by car. The host was very helpful with our questions. Although more parties spend their holidays at a time in the house, it was not crowdy as there is enough space in the garden / courtyard for everybody.
