Location. East to return or rental car at the airport, walk back to VCE. Then Incredibly easy to buy bus tickets for Venice! Everything of use in the property is identified with clear labels. Osvaldo and Elisabetta were friendly, polite and accommodating. We will stay with them again!

First of all we would like to thank Silvia for her hospitality and being very friendly and polite. She is really eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible and always helps with any questions. The house is perfectly clean and cozy. All rooms are furnished really good. Linens and towels are fresh. Beds are comfortable. In the kitchen there's everything you need to have a meal at home. We would also recommend to have a breakfast outside on the terrace with a lovely view and coffee.

This was and is a great spot if you are travelling to Venice Airport and you have an early flight etc. Their was a lovely Girl Sara who met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment! It looked as if it was built very recently and it was top end luxurious. The number 5 bus from Venice bus station stops directly outside the apartment and that's also a bonus. If you feel fit you can easily walk to the airport from the apartment its 1.2km 15 minutes. Its a 10/10 from me.

Food and drink left for us, working fans AND air-conditioning which was a god sent in the heat, room was lovely and clean as well as the shower which had towels and washing supplies. Only stayed 1 night as a stop off but a lovely apartment to stay in.

Location is close to the airport and it is super clean. We had to catch a flight at 6:20am and we needed a place for five people and close to the airport. We assumed that it would be easy to get a taxi or Uber. But in Venice, that is not the case. The property Manager Lisa really helped us to schedule a taxi at 3:30. She called many places and tried her best to help us.
