This was a wonderful apartment, so clean, new, and comfortable. Our room included a bathroom, and the common area was spacious. Breakfast was self serve and included yogurts, milk and juices. It is located about a 15 drive to the Marble Falls, a spectacular site and highly recommended! When messaging through Booking.com, Rosyb&b responded quickly and after meeting Aurora, she was so very kind and friendly. And she gave us a great restaurant recommendation too.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. Marco and Virgilio went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They helped us get to and from the train station, as well as giving a detailed explanation on how to get to the famous nearby waterfall, which was an amazing experience. You are literally less than 50 meters from the ticket office and you can park with Claudio for free. There simply is no better alternative for your visit to the falls. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful visit and will certainly stay there on our return.

So you live with other neigbours and other guests. It has a proper reception , easy to navigate. I had a feeling its a hotel and a hotel room but these are small condos/studios with full equipment. Private bath inside, aircon and heating. It gas a big balcony. Lot of free parking plaxes in front of the building complex. Snacl vending machines on the floors in case you need. Big shopping mall just 5mins car ride. Its recommended to stay here.
