Large apartment with massive balcony with a large table for outdoor meals. Big communal garden, table tennis & BBQ facilities. Perfect location to mix a beach holiday - 20 mins by car, with visit to the mountains - 40 minutes away. Very kind hosts who gave us produce from their vegetable garden, home made olive oil and information on the best local places to visit and eat.

Looks just like the pictures and is quite close (a short drive) to a laundromat, supermarkets, and the coast for beach time. Beds were comfortable to lie on, the shower water pressure is good. The hosts were kind and welcoming. Marvi’s husband speaks great English, and for most things we got by with Google Translate.

The house was beautiful. It was very clean. We had a dog with us who was allowed to move around freely; the garden is fenced in. Guisy gave us a warm welcome and gave us tips about trips in the area.

We stayed three days in Villa Helvetia (Piscina no 1) and after seeing several of Italy’s main cities it was very nice to have a few days of tranquility and pool time. Villa Helvetia is in a very calm area and at the same time only a few hundred meters walk for a takeaway pizza or restaurant visit. The villa is very nice, and the pool area is superb and well kept after. An extra shout out to the high speed Wifi with accesspoints even at the pool. Sandro is the perfect host and easy to communicate with and it is a well worth trip to go down to his beach club Al Faro for sunbathing and a swim in the ocean. We recommend anyone to visit Villa Helvetia!
