Great value for money. The host was welcoming and always ready to help.

What a fantastic apartment and location! Anyone who is interested in the Italian Rivera should look at this place. It's up in the hills, away from the crowds and noise, but close enough to walk to City Center and the beach.

Raffaella is a wonderful host. She checked in on us to ensure we were happy and everything was going well. The location of the apartment is perfect as it was in the center of the pedestrian area. Step outside and you have numerous cafes, restaurants, store within a few meters. The apartment was extremely clean and in excellent condition. It’s small but very cozy. The garage Raffaella provided was strategic! It allowed us to recharge our e-bikes and the hybrid car. We will definitely return and refer friends and family.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The balcony had a great view to the sea and the location was good (although a few steps down into the town centre) The owners were so lovely, it was extremely hot whilst we were there and our young son struggled to sleep (even with the ceiling fans) but the owners went out especially to buy a new free standing fan which made such a difference. They also gave us a ride to the train station and gave our son a little teddy, such thoughtful gestures. Would recommend and also visit again if we were in the area.

The air conditioner may be a little weak for the hottest time of season but was enough at the end of August. Bathroom is well equipped with a good shower place. Kitchen had everything, including Nespresso coffee machine. The flat is located 2 blocks from parking garage and from 24H supermarket. One block away is a great gastronomy Donna Rosa.

Plenty of nice beaches about 5 minutes away by foot. Very nice town with many entertainment options. Apartment is as at least as good as advertised. Sea views from all rooms. All the comforts as advertised with dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Very pleasant and helpful contact in the agency (Antony) who helped with parking problem, advised on several other teams and was generally of exemplary helpfulness. It was a real pleasure to wake up in the morning looking at the sea and the small, narrow streets. For us, San Remo was an amazing discovery where you feel the real spirit of Italy. If we ever come back to San Remo, we will stay here again. PS. Many thanks to Daria who was the perfect host! .

The living area has 4 beds and a flat screen TV. The outdoor garden is spacious and equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. The location is convenient, it is about 10 minutes on foot from the beach and there is a large parking lot owned by the condominium.
