We stayed in Fano Adriano to hike in Pietracamela, the hike to the Corno Grande and Corno Piccolo. This hike is very nice. You walk along the rapid, it is quiet there and at the end you get nice views on these mouintain peaks. We also visited Lake Campotosto, there is a nice 'Sentiero naturale' there with nice views on the lake in a green scenery. After hiking in the mountains, an easy walk just to be in nature. The people in Fano were very nice, friendly and helpful. We delivered the key at the Local Bar and communicated with Google Translate as they speak no English at all. The house is very wel decorated and really luxurious, with stone floors, a great sitting area and a nice kitchen. From the balcony you look at the church with her ringing bells and the lighting in the street is nice and warm. There were no insects at all.

The house is very modern and clean. It’s location is perfect for an excursion to Campo Imperatore and a lot of other hiking opportunities. Everything is thought of: there were toys for the kids, an equipped kitchen with barbecue stuff, a washing machine with washing soap, breakfast,… The beds are very comfortable. The house is cool even without air conditioning. Definitely recommended!
