The fact that every room has its own bathroom is also a really nice plus. Comfortable beds , equiped kitchen .

Gianmarco is very helpful and attending host. Location is amazing with the views and short distance to the town. Right in the middle of countryside but close enough to all amenities. Driving up the road is exciting experience and the scenery fabulous. House very clean with everything what is needed and offers relaxing and comfortable stay. Really enjoyed our stay and thanks again to Gianmarco for everything. Highly recommended

This is an amazing property for the price. In addition to bedroom and living room/kitchen, there is a covered terrace with dining table and sofa at the front (and a view of Tavolara) and another at the back for drying clothes, bins and cleaning materials, etc. There is also the option of using a shared rooftop terrace with comfy chairs, table and views over Porto san Paollo - ideal for enjoying the sunset. The property overlooks the main road leading to the port (a 10-minute walk away), sits above various cafe/restaurant/shop facilities and is just 100m or so from the centre with its bank, supermarket and other shops/facilities. It was also wonderfully clean and a couple of small drinks were waiting for us in an ice bucket when we arrived!

    Excellent location a hundred meters from the sea overlooking the island of Tavolaru. Simple and convenient check-in. The apartment is small, clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. There is also a small terrace where you can drink your morning coffee while the birds sing. Special thanks to the hostess Valeria, who clearly organized our holiday and was always in touch.

    The apartment is very clear, good equipped and easy to find. The owner is very friendly and always response to your questions quickly. The hospitality is outstanding! I definitely recommend this accommodation. You will feel yourself as at home there! We will back!

    María was very friendly and helpful and gave us an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment as it was low season and quiet. The apartment was well equipped and an easy walk down to the town and marina. Very convenient for a short drive to Olbia airport.

    Cozy and decent apartment in well maintained building (with several other holiday apartments). The courtyard was equally well maintained and very much enjoyed. The big shower with grippy floor are much appreciated.

    The apartment is really spacious and well organized. It's located in a strategic position to reach many beautiful beaches and it's in the town centre, so you have all sort of shops, restaurants and bars at walking distance. The staff is very friendly and always helpful with anything. We also rented a car with them and it's a very good service, way cheaper than other car rentals. Overall it was a great experience, I recommend it.
