The apartment itself is a nice size with a beautiful patio to enjoy the sunset overlooking the Mega Yachts. The apartment is very close to great restaurants, bars and clubs. Very high end area that's definitely worth enjoying a night out.

The location is amazing, with unique view over the sea. It is really breathtaking. The whole apartment is super cozy, well organized, and make you feel like you are at your own home. The owner is super friendly person, wants to help you in all ways, suggesting places to visit, restaurants, boat renting. All in all, we really enjoyed as family, and we all shared the same feeling. We are four, kids aged 13 and 11. We'll come back for sure.

We loved the location, in a pretty complex which had lovely views of the sea and a small garden. The beach was just a five minute walk away and very unoccupied as it was April so very peaceful for us and the sun shone for most of our week so we really enjoyed this. The apartment was only a short drive away from bigger beaches and Porto Cervo and we also drove to the Archeological site to view the Bronze Aid settlement. It is a beautiful island. The apartment was the perfect size and was very well equipped too and lovely host. We had a magical week and cant wait to go back.

Without exaggeration, "Between Sea and Rocks" is the perfect holiday rental! We have stayed in many Airbnb/Booking-type houses or apartments over the years, but none have been as perfect as this. So clean, elegant and well-equipped, with plenty of space in a peaceful setting, and not too far from all the things you need. Five minutes' drive from Porto Cervo for nights out, but with nice restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance.

Very nice and spacious apartment in the heart of Porto Cervo with unobstructed views of the Old Port and of the sea. The host was very friendly, gave us lots of tips in regards to what places to visit and what restaurants to go to - all excellent recommendations. Both the check-in and check-out went smoothly and we enjoyed the comfort of having a private underground parking for the car.

And the best thing , it was provided a late checkout because our flight was in the afternoon. We loved everything and truly recommend this hotel to stay, 5*!

The room was perfect for a short stay around Porto Cervo (super close too which served us really well). Very accessible to surrounding areas, eg boat tours around the Maddalena. Room also had a good smart TV too which was nice for evenings.

We have stayed in many Airbnb/Booking-type houses or apartments over the years, but none have been as perfect as this. So clean, elegant and well-equipped, with plenty of space in a peaceful setting, and not too far from all the things you need. Five minutes' drive from Porto Cervo for nights out, but with nice restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance.

Good for a couple or single person looking for a base in the area. Open plan/sitting/dining/kitchen area. This was partitioned from a large bedroom area with good wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom. Nice little terrace outside the apartment with umbrella and chairs. The owner was very easy to deal with and contactable. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again.

Self catering apartment with a lovely pool area, we had a lovely time relaxing under the trees and there is even a pool for dogs! The kiddie pool was great with a box of pool toys for the little ones. There’s free parking and a path from the hotel straight to the beach. It was perfect for our beach holiday and would definitely recommend it.BrianFamily with young children
