The apartment was as advertised, in an excellent location for exploring Umbria (Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Santa Maria degli Angeli, Cascata del Marmore, Spoleto). Instructions to self check in were easy to follow. Located nearby the apartment is a nice bakery, a grocery store, an excellent pizza shops all within walking distance. There are excellent restaurants in close driving proximity. Eat in or eat out both are easily accomplished.
