The location was perfect for us. It was a 15 minute walk to the city center where we found many restaurants, shops and bars. The area surrounding the apartment was very nice and it was a beautiful walk along the sea. We loved the view from the terrace and the roll down privacy shades offered privacy. Wish we would have stayed longer to take advantage of the beach and the views from the terrace.

The room was perfect. I have never experienced such a well equipped kitchen. The terrace was grand - doubled the size of the room which was exceptionally clean. Good location to public transport and the beach area. I would highly recommend the apartment.

This is a wonderful apartment in the heart of the cozy town of Nettuno. Very clean, spacious and stylish! The hosts Roberta and Giuditta are incredible! I give them a hello! All the time of the vacation they were in touch with us and instantly solved all arising issues. On arrival we were welcomed with a nice compliment: coffee, olive oil, cookies and water... And in general, the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation, including air conditioning and washing machine. Great location! Train station in 5 minutes walk, clean beach and sea in 10 minutes walk, near also supermarket CONAD. On the square near the apartments every morning fair with fresh fruit and vegetables. There are also many cafes where you can have a delicious coffee in the morning and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. In the evening, by the way, a little noisy. But closed windows and working air conditioner easily solved this problem. The noise did not disturb me or my 7-year-old son. I am glad that I found this wonderful apartment:)

The Location is absolutely perfect - right at the beach, grocery stores in 2min walking range - the only thing you have to are about is parking, while it's a bit crowdy. The owners also recommended us a perfect restaurant in Anzio and we loved the food too, highly recommended. Overall we rate 10/10! Grazie

The views are out of this world from a balcony which more or less stretches out around the flat so the bedroom faces east and the livingroom and dining area lookout to the seafront with the beach and golden sands. We spent a lot of our time on this balcony as it was so wonderful. The flat itself has a master bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a washing machine and livingroom area with a dining table. The balcony had 4 chairs and 2 tables.

Nottuno not in the high season is definitely a better choice than Anzio, and this apartment is in perfect location to reach all interesting places, even in the nighttime.
