Four days in Nemi and the surrounding Castelli Romani are a gem, about La Fontanella. Maria and Carlo were so helpful and welcoming, the stay was very good, the place is very typical ,Swedish at heart , every item in the house has a story to tell.Cosy and clean with all facilities working.We used a rental car for roaming around, parking is available within 5 mins from la Fontanelle, full access is available to the property for pickup/unloading. December 13th 2023, no tourists around we had all of Nemi for us! Roberto

The apartment is amazing, after 8 days in Italy, the best apartment! , very comfortable, super comfortable mattresses, thick towels, everything is designed and in place. The mini SPA works great. The location in the heart of the picturesque village with a view of the lake...the apartment is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The host is very nice and agreed to advance the check in. Everything in the apartment is simply excellent.

It was close to perfect, every detail , the bed very comfortable, very complete kitchen, dishwasher and a washing machine, big terrace with a fantastic view over the town, and a bit of the lake, air-conditioning in each room Super quiet location but still almost in the middle of town

This space was so perfect in every possible sense of the word! The quality of the fittings were great, the locks and security made me feel safe (female traveller on my own and travelling with quite a bit of electronics!). The furnishings were stylish and good quality, the space was clean and it had everything you might need for a short break. The Wifi was also fabulous. The host was amazing and got in touch with me within the hour - it was a (literally!) last minute booking and they were able to give me access to the property within less than an hour of me booking.

This is the best apartment we got during our whole Italian trip. The apartment is so well located just in front of the lake, and the you can enjoy the view in their huge balcony. The apartment is very clean, well equipped with all the kitchenette and coffee machine

Very good value for money and in the middle of the village. Appartement is relatively small and basic but comfortable, clean and well maintained. Nemi is a nice place to stay for a couple of days and good for hiking.
