The host is very nice, she prepared a bottle of Prosecco and dessert for us which we enjoyed after a long drive when we arrived. Coffee was available for us during our whole stay. The location of the apartment is excellent if you arrive by car. Nice view from the garden, a few minutes drive from Viareggio which has a long beach suitable for families. Local shop and a coffeshop is also close by. There is free parking. I would come again.
